I wrote the original book about breastfeeding after breast reduction surgery (BFAR) in 2001. It’s out of print now and very outdated but still sells on eBay and similar places for wildly high fees, none of which go to me.
I’ve been working with Sarah Johnson on a much updated second edition, but it’s still a long way from publication.
In the meantime, I’m developing a core “BFAR Basics” ebook version so that no one has to pay so much for the old edition. I’m not sure how long it will take to finish but my goal is to publish this ebook by the end of the month (July 2023).
